Here’s a terrific way to make Brewcraft Belgian Ale
Ingredients:
- 1 can Brewcraft Premium Imported Belgian Ale
- 400g light honey (not eucalypt honey)
- 500g dried wheat malt extract
- 500g light dried malt extract
- 20g Sazz hop pellets
Notes:
- Dissolve honey and dry ingredients above in 3L hot water.
- Mix hops with 2 cups water, bring to boil & simmer for 2 min. Pour through strainer
into hot mixture.
- Put 10L cold water in your fermenter
- Add the hot mixture
- Top up to 20L with cold water.
Make your beer in the usual way with:
- 1 pkt Muntons Premium Gold yeast
