A Glass Carboy or DemiJohn

I've seen a number of great videos on YouTube of wort working. Which, of course you can only watch if you have a glass carboy). It looks terrific. There are also the added advantages. You don't have to pull the lid off to see what the wort is doing. As long as your are delicate they will last a long time. They are also very difficult to scratch.
